The cold shower it's not just challenge, it's really very useful for our immunity sistem. Scientists explored that cold shower can burn more fat. When we do it all out sistem start to circulate faster. Moreover it helps us to
be more healthy, because after that our immunity sistem is more stronger for fly.
There are 3 different way to do it.
Firstly, just cover you usual hot shower with cold shower.
Secondly,to cover only your head with cold water and then all your body.
Finally, from the beginning you take cold shower.
