Written Exercise 50 – Tonight, I Was The Boss In The Kitchen! Later in the afternoon, I went to a market where I usually go. I was planning on making a dish of steamed fresh chicken with mushroom. Unfortunately, all of the stalls that provide fresh chicken were closed, with the result that I bought half of a plain chicken. I also bought 1kg of tomatoes. I heard the sound of “Come and have a look! Oranges are on sale! ” when I was about to leave. I followed the sounds and found the stall. In the end, I bought 1.75kg of oranges. This evening, I took 5 tomatoes and cooked a dish of stir- fried one. It was sweet and sour. It tasted good.
