I am not sure if you would be interested in having a language exchange with me, seeing as how I am not the kind of native speaker that you might be looking for, but if you are looking for ways to improve your listening comprehension skills, you could always check out this channel on YouTube that I came across, which is called "linguistica360". Within the channel, there are a whole lot of videos as part of which news items from around the world are narrated at a slow enough pace for beginners and intermediate speakers to be able to gradually learn to pick up everything that is being said. Additionally, videos are available in both Latin American and European Spanish, which should help you get accustomed to different styles and accents available within the Spanish language with ease. With time, your comprehension of the language and your speed of speech, should improve significantly. On the other hand, I do happen to be a C1/C2 level Spanish speaker, so in case you ever end up developing an interest in seeking my help, I will be happy to have a conversation or two with you so that you can continue progressing towards higher levels of fluency as a Spanish speaker.
