Normally I will search the way why I was feeling stressed.Most of the time I will feel stress by the other's actions.Firstly, I will forgive/forget their actions.sometimes It's really hard to reduce our stress.That time I will pray God and surrender my soul to him for his blessing/ Perhaps If I done any mistakes to others I will feel stress .So firstly I will say sorry to them If they felt uncomfortable of my actions.
