According to the journal by JICA I read at the library today, eating too excess in developed countries is concerned as a malnutritional problem. In developed countries, fast food is eaten very much because of its cheapness. As a result, it leads to a shortage of eating vegetables. Meanwhile, fast food isn't prefered in developing countries because it's expensive there. Instead, the citizens buy foodstuffs and cook them by themselves. Thus, the nutritional condition of citizens is better than a developed country in some developing countries. I think it's crazy to only eat little vegetables or even don't eat them. It's unexciting and unhealthy. I want to learn how to cook vegetables well later on and have a healthy life.

According to the journal by JICA I had read at the library today, eating in excess in developed countries is considered a malnutrition problem. In developed countries, fast food is eaten a lot because of its cheapness. As a result, it leads to people eating fewer vegetables. Meanwhile, fast food isn't prefered in developing countries because it's more expensive there. Instead, the citizens buy ingredients and cook them by themselves. Thus, the nutritional condition of citizens is better in some developing countries than in developed ones. I think it's crazy to eat little to no vegetables. It's unexciting and unhealthy. I want to learn how to cook vegetables well later on and have a healthy life.
That's such an interesting fact!
