In my opinion the main benefit of yoga is availability. You can start doing yoga without any additional training. Everyone can pick up suitable exercises which correspond to their physical capabilities and health. At the same time, yoga can extremely change your quality of life. The more you practice, the better you get. Yoga keeps your body young, flexible, and strong. It helps us become more mindful and calm and thereby, it becomes easier to reach harmony and to understand our life priorities. Also, yoga helps to look at the world around us from a different point of view. And with all this, yoga is absolutely free (another benefit 👌🧘♀️🧘♂️ ).
