I really like the story of the name I had read or listened to (it's an audiobook) when I was small. The story is about why our names are short, like Ava, Emma, nowadays. There were once two brothers, and their names are extremely long. One day, one of the boys fell into a well while they were playing in the forest. His younger brother ran back to the village for help. However, because their names are too long to say, the villagers took quite a while to realize the urgent situation. Luckily, although delayed by the boy's long name, the villagers rescued the boy in the end. Since then, people have preferred to have shorter names for their children.
The later part of the story was full of looping again and again of the boy's long, long name, and I remembered I always liked shadowing the names and the rhythm when I was a child. Hope one day I could find the audio story and listen to it again.
