Hello there. Currently, my beditme routine begin at 8:00 pm. I need sleep "early" (I don't think so at 12:00 am is early, but it's OK for me) because I've class at 7:50 am. Basically, at 8:00 pm I finish to dinner, the next step is go to the bathroom and I take a bath and I brush my teeth. When I finish at 9:00 pm is time to organize a little bit my room like my books and notebooks to the class tomorrow. At 9:15 pm I go to the bed only for see my mobile like play videogames, social media or whathever and the TV only for the news of the day. I spend my time at 11:30 pm . So now, I prepare my bed to sleep. I go to the kitchen to drink a cup of water (I've to go always, It's like a ritual for me) and finally go to the toilet. And now, I ready to sleep. At 12:00 am I go to sleep ready for the next day. I hope that someone can help me with my mistakes. I'd appreciate it! Goodnight.
