I usually wake up at 6:30 a.m and go to the kitchen. I squeeze a
lemon into a cup of water, add 10 drops of alcoholic propolis and drink . After 20
minutes I eat a mashed banana mixed with peanut butter. Then I drink a
cup of coffee. Thirty minutes later I go for a run in the area. Normally, I run
about 10 kilometers. When I come back home I drink two cups of coconut water plus
30 gr. of whey protein. After that I take a shower and I’m ready to start my
day.
