Taste from childhood
The taste of childhood is a thing thanks to which we can remember our childhood. I often think of my grandmother for excellent pastries. Each of my relatives has been associated with taste since childhood. My grandfather made a delicious chak-chak cake and he taught me how to make a butter and honey sandwich. Unfortunately my grandparents died and no one could cook the same foods as they did, so I remembered them when I ate some foods.
Fortunately my parents alive and I can taste my favorite dishes every time I visit them. My mom made salted tomatoes and borscht so delicious that I can't help but eat too many of them. My dad made delicious pilaf with meat and without meat.
Some time taste from childhood could save life or healthy, for example in Russian movie "A Driver for Vera". Vera was very upseted and wanted to Iron her face. Her father made many efforts, but could not do something. He could stop Vera only when he noticed to her about taste potatoes with sumflower oil, because she liked this dish very much.
