Please feel free to edit or make any changes you deem necessary Hello, Seeing that we submitted a claim last week and we have not received any answers yet ( please look into the link below ) I talked with Frank Lord regarding this order and he told me you were the right contacts to support us on this issue This year, we have to restock at least 9 units of this equipment which are included in the investment plan We currently only have one piece in stock so or we replenish our stock soon , or for security reasons , some workers are not able to work In this circumstance,how should we proceed? Do we need any kind of authorization to place this order? I'm sure that you all have a full schedule and may even have your hands full, but if you could help us, , it would be much appreciated . He stated that you were the point of contact for support with this issue. This year, we have to restock at least 9 units of this equipment which are included in the investment plan. We currently only have one piece in stock. Its essential that we replenish our stock soon. However, if some employees are not able to work due to health and safety concerns, how should we proceed? Do we need any kind of authorization to place this order? I'm sure that you all are incredibly busy, but if you could help us, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
