I love eating, I believe is the love of my live because I really enjoy eating everything specially my favorite food or desserts, I am big fan of them. I am obsess with chocolate and bread. Despite I eat a lot per day, I always try to consume healthy products, namely I usually eat fruits and vegetables everyday, protein, cereals, seeds, carbohydrates and so on I am learning how to balance my life including not only what I eat also related to doing exercise at least 3 times per week, I also practice mindfulness classes or even yoga. This pandemic I have learnt a variety of techniques to get a worth life being happy with that and enjoy every moment, I guess it’s not just doing everything because you are used to do them, try new activities, learn some thin new everyday, challenge yourself and spend quality time for your own alone to think, thank and love your sorroundings.
