I am writing to request an extension of time for sending this repair set back.
Due to delay in receiving of the needed materials for repair,
These repair works are not able to be carried out as efficiently as reasonably planned (or as possible).
According to system information , we should receive them at the beginning of April ( See attached email with all info previously sent )
Then, facing this situation, what should we do?
Sending it back and creating a new requisition next month or returning it to us when the repairs are done
Please let me know how should I proceed with this
