Hi everyone I would highly appreciate if someone can correct/review the next essay. Question: Some people prefer to take subways when they commute to work, others like to take buses to get to their jobs. Which one do you prefer? Essay: Deciding which mean of transportation fits better your personal routine and preferences implies a number of factors to take into account: the distance, the cost and the safety, just to mention some. Some may opt for subways while others prefer to take buses to arrive to their job on time. In my opinion, subways are better when it comes to cost and safety. I will explain my reasons in the following paragraphs. To begin with, since subways are designed to run long distances then they become an affordable option for those whose place of work is far from their house. I know this from personal experience, when I was working in Mexico City I had a job which was one hour of distance from the place I used to live. The subway was the perfect option to me because I had to pay just one ticket and this will allow me to use the whole system, which in my case had to to do with using different routes to get my job on time. Second, in terms of safety subways seem a better option since it is highly unlikely that you will end up alone in the subway car, even if you get off at the last station. Unlike subways when you wind up alone in a bus, the situation can turn pretty stressful, especially if you are a woman. For example, once I had to get to a particular place I had not been before and when almost all the persons get off the bus, I got extremely worried and nervous as I didn't know exactly where I was and I couldn't trust any people there. That is something that is highly unlikely to happen in the subway because almost every station is mildly crowded. To summarize, it is true that taking the bust may seem a good choice at first, but when you take into account others important aspects related to your daily life and personal safety the subway...

Nice work, Nancy! There were just some small corrections I made - mostly prepositions. Please let me know if you have any questions 😊
