For me, [I find it challenging] to be consistent with the language itself. I also know it can be hard to learn a new language sometimes, but as long as you know the reasons why you’re learning it then you will survive.
When I discover new vocabulary, idioms, or words that I don't understand, I tend to comprehend the word and try to figure out how to use it in a sentence. However, it’s not as simple as that, because while I was trying to comprehend the word, something will cross my mind. I was thinking: “why is it so hard?”, “why does this word have a different meaning?”. The more I think about it, I realise that it’s normal to feel that way. Nonetheless, you need to keep going! you can’t get stuck in [your mind.
I’ve changed my mindset since I realised the fact that English is not only a language, but also a tool of communication. I learn english because it’s fun! I don’t really want to think deeper and make it more difficult. It will burn you out and that’s not good. Take it easy~ always believe in yourself! You will be there. That mindset has always made me keep going and never give up until now. Let’s cheer up! best of luck to all of you.
