I personally don't like more and more people making friends because I am a busy person, and friends want time. If a person have a lot of friends he will chat each of them at least one time a weak and I think that chatting is not worth full. If a person give that time to his friends who are living around him, he can enjoy a lot.

Very good! Most people would "once a week" rather than "one time a week".
