Somebody says How are you ? Somebody says How is you I have a confusion in both sentences Please try to clear my concept

Look, How are you? is correct Where as How is you? is grammatically wrong I guess, I'm right

The problem is 'How is you?' is colloquial (very informal) - it is a cultural mistake and usually said amongst youngsters, especially from London. If said, then it is always in its contraction form - 'How's you?' 'How are you?' Is the correct and neutral structure to use. I hope that explanation helps.
