The lesson i have learned from the past year is never setting goals i cannot achieve. There is a huge difference between what we want to do and what we can really do. Challenging myself and trying to defeat fear and hesitation are very exciting and give sense to my life. On the other hand , the shock of failure could deeply affect my self confidence and let me drop the case.

The lesson I have learned from the past year is to not set goals I can't achieve. There is a huge difference between what we want to do and what we can actually do. Challenging myself and trying to defeat anxiety is very exciting and give a purpose to my life. But the shock of failure deeply affects my self confidence and makes me drop things.
Don't overwhelm yourself set big but reasonable goals. And it is okay to not always achieve our goals. That is life.
