My opinion is the best thing to improve person's health is exercises. It helps to burn fat and calories from your body. Those excessive nutritions may cause hart attack and obesity more often. There are lot of other benefits will get by doing exercises in morning. Some of them are, person get fresh, energetic and enthusiastic start for the day.
