Education is very important for individuals no matter where they are living because it helps them to understand and analyse things. Without education, it is almost impossible to live freely and peacefully in the contemporary world, which has been evolving exceptionally day by day. Therefore quality education is of foremost priority of any country.
However, despite consistent efforts and budgetary allocations, many countries have failed to provide students up to scratch ( or satisfactory) education that suits their needs and brings harmony to society. As per recent reports, over 300 million children leave school after their primary education.
Many are disinclined to learn things despite their parents incurring extensive fees in developing countries. But, by providing a vivacious and natural environment to the students, any country can increase students' interest and focus on learning.
First of all, governments, especially in poor and developing countries, should formulate a policy of appreciation and encouragement as many students leave schools due to the fear of punishment or the embarrassment of not getting good marks.
Furthermore, teachers should be trained to teach everything in the classroom clearly and concisely instead of giving them extra home work . Apart from this, interactive learning and exploring the innate skills of the students is of great importance as one may not be good in one skill but may have an innate skill in other subjects.
This essay will dwell upon three important ways to help underachieving students: appreciation, interactive learning and finding their innate talent.
