안녕하세요! Today I’m learning how to use 을 수 있다/없다 could you tell me if I’m using it right? 저는 친구가 있어요. 그녀는 노래 수 없어요. 그녀는 노래 매일. 안 좋아요 I have a friend. She can't sing. She sings every day. It's not good. 저는 9시 학교 가요. 저는 지하철 타아요. 저는 운전 수 없어요 그런데 배우 고 싶어요 I go to school at 9 o'clock. I take the subway. I can't drive, but I want to learn. I'm going to meet my friends at 7 o'clock. I can't drink beer. So I'm going to drink water. 저는 7시 친구들 마나를 거예요. 맥주을 마시 수 없어요. 그래서 저는 물을 마시을 거예요

Looks like you're leaving the (으)ㄹ off the verb stem. 친구가 노래할 수 앖어요. 그런대 그여 매일은 노래하는 좋아해요. 안 좋아요. (My friend cannot sing. But she likes to sing everyday. It's not good.) I think 못 perhaps is used more often to indicate unable to whatever verb you are modifying. That is certainly simpler ;-)
