Until last year, I was a research scientist for 10 years. My main job was to develop new diagnostics product and direct the factory department to manufacture our existing products. I was also consulted by our customers regarding how to use our products and interpret the results when they encountered unclear results. It was hard for me because my answer could affect the doctor's treatment strategy and lead to the patients' prognosis. That's why I tried to be the best person who knows our products, such as, how it works and how to troubleshoot. The experience to have an effort to be a specialist is valuable to me.
