These are some suggestions a person can do to keep healthy.
1, Doing excise about per hour every day is good for us. But remember, don't do it more than two hours or more, it will hurt you knees or somewhere else. I'm the person who did excise more hurting my knees.
2, Eat more vegetables and fruit. Don't eat too much meat,such as beef, pork, chicken. You can eat fish instead.
3, Drink at least eight glasses of water a day, but don't drink too much,or you will suffer from water intoxicate.
4, Always keep good mood. It's really important to live happily rather than sadly.
