Why I love doing exercise
Doing exercise is popular sport activity for people who want to be healthier and fitter. A lot of people go to the gym or do exercises at home. Thankfully our smartphones we can get messages from special apps which tell you about your results.
I started doing exercise a year ago. I was on vacation and suddenly I thought that it's the best moment to start. At first I hated it because all my body was hurt, but after a few month I felt better. Now, I try to do exercises twice a week. Usually I do it on Wednesday and Saturday. And I've done more than 100 days with exercise since I started.
I love doing exercise of help for my health. I like doing exercise with special app. It is much more motivating to do it. For me it is very convenient when the app reminds me about days with training.
It doesn't matter if you are old or young if you want to healthy you should try it.
