daily speaking practice Some people prefer a job which deals with the same task every day, while others prefer a job that deals with many different tasks. Which do you prefer and why? From my perspective, I prefer a job that requires me to tackle different tasks every day. Firstly, being occupied with different work every day prevents me from getting bored. I had been a hotel receptionist for the last summer vacation, and my work was just answering almost the same questions given by the residents in the hotel. It was so boring that I had to bring my assignment to the hotel to kill time. Therefore, I can hardly bear the feeling of monotony at work. In addition, a job with the same tasks also gradually erodes my creativity as well as my competitiveness in the workplace. The pandemic has seen a vast number of people being fired from their routine jobs, because their work can be done by cheaper and more efficient machines. A job with different tasks can keep my brain active and enables me to rise to all kinds of challenges.

Well done! (Some of the things I deleted were not strictly "incorrect", but sounded a bit redundant.)
