“About too much thinking“ Today, my feelings are so bad... I think I always think things too much. Almost all things which I worry about are not so serious. So I should stop to think its too much and should change my mind. It is difficult for me, but I think I can achieve it by meditating every day.

Hey, Google or youtube: "A wondering mind is an unhappy mind" Meditation is the key. I think that journaling also helps a lot :)
