My family consists of 6 members, I have 2 sisters and 1 brother and we are living with our parents mom and Dad. We are a humble family but we appreciate what we have and we are happy. I am the eldest among our sibling.

Parents usually mean mom and dad so you don't really have to say your parents mom and dad. If you had two moms or two dads it might be something special to add. Families are very important!
