I am a HR . I interview people every day. I must/have to search for many resumes on the internet. But only a few maybe fit. Interviewees/candidates come to my ?????.I talk to them and try to find the right person. This is my work.

I thought HR is a department, not a person. But maybe I'm wrong. I would say 'I work in HR' or 'I am an HR manager/assistant/specialist/etc. An interviewer is the person who asks the questions. The person who answers is the interviewee. I don't understand 'form' in this context. 'form' is a document to complete with your details. Maybe- interviewees come to my office In general clear and well expressed.
