Could someone help me with correcting this paragraph, please? First grades at school might disadvantage from the online teaching. These grades need face to face interaction with the teacher. They need to learn the basic skills such as writing, reading, and arithmatic operations. They need to absorb the way in which the teacher conveys information and absorb the facial expressions the teacher shows in different situations. They should start learning public speaking as a necessary skill for life. They need to attend school, thus they find someone pushes them towards studying and follow them up continously.

They need to learn basic skills such as writing, reading, and arithmetic. They need to absorb the way in which the teacher conveys information and absorb the facial expressions the teacher shows in different situations. They should start learning public speaking as a necessary skill for life. They need to attend school, to find someone who pushes them towards studying and supports them continously.
I'm not sure you mean 'public speaking" in this context as that's more of a formal event.. like politicians' speeches! But they should learn how to interact with others or communication skills - perhaps that would be better in this context? :)
