For a long time. I find that my study efficiency is very low. I spend a lot of time taking notes or Listening lectures. Give myself lots of tasks. But finally, I can't absorb knowledge, and I can't complete the tasks which I give myself. So，I hope I can learn how to learn efficiency. How to make my own study plan.
