Could someone help with correcting this paragraph? Many people let their emotions control their actions. They speak to themselves about the necessity of using rational thinking in order to handle the situation. But, when an incident, which incites/triggers emotions takes place, they most often move due to emotions. For instance, when a friend of yours does something bad to you such as saying bad things about you while you're absent, or saying hurtful words to you, you might respond in a similar way which make you no longer his friend. In a such action, we forget all good things people did to us.
