Today I will explain the way to make miso soup. I think most of people have miso soup everyday.
1 In a medium saucepan, bring the fish soup stock to a boil.
2 Reduce the heat to medium, add chopped spinach and thick green onion cook until the
greens are not too tender.
3 Add tofu and remove soup from heat.
4 Blend miso in the ladle of hot stock before adding it to the soup in the pan stir.
5 Heat soup to just below a simmer over low heat.
6 Ladle into bowls, and garnish with diced scallion.
Serve while hot!!!
