Yesterday I heard some bad news from a friend. I am living currently in a dorm and our dorm has 8 floors. A student who lives on the 7th floor were tested corona positive. I am very worry about me since I need to share one kitchen with other students on my floor. I live on the 3rd floor, but nobody can promise that every student on the 3rd floor has no contact with that student. But fortunately, I have my own bathroom and a little rice cooker in my bedroom.

🙁 That does not sound like much fun... You could say « worried about myself », but it might give the wrong impression (it might be taken as selfish). So I think it is better to just use « worried ». You can say « one kitchen », but « a kitchen » is more natural. « Since » sounds formal, so « because » is probably better here.
