Can I say "I advise you for some advice" when I wanna comfort someone? And does it sound like a native English speaker, I mean naturally?

It does not sound very natural. The closest thing would be “let me give you some advice”, unfortunately that sounds a bit patronizing. Perhaps you could say “I would advice you to ...” or “my advice would be to ...”
