When I were a student, I studied English for exams and scores even though I was not interested in English at that time. I was not good at listening and never had a chance to speak English . After I started my first job , I had to write a lot of emails and reports in English, but I still considered it as a tool for making money, never became a like item. I found English became my interest because I started being obsessed with TV shows, movies and IG from some celebrities . When I want to get more understanding on them, I feel very interesting to learn English. Especially they use some new words that I have never used before, such as smashed it, I am so moved etc. Many people said learning English requires a talent . I lives in the country that we speak in Chinese and have a rare chance to communicate in English in person . Luckily, we can use the learning app like italki to study English with different people in the world online. I will do my best to keep writing and listening on this app.
