Day 14/30 Why frown and whine when you can smile and shine! We all whine sometimes. And it is ok. The person can't be permanently happy. Anger, saddens, jealousy are absolutely natural emotions and from time to time we need to whine and moan and groan to let these emotions go. Just scream, cry, shout, complain and then become cheerful again:) And of course it's better to whine with wine😁
