Before going to bed I just complete my reading part of daily routine and then I sit quite for 10 or 15 minutes to just think about my day . I make a list in my mind what I did wrong today, why was that wrong and what should have done. After this I just say thanks to God for this beautiful day and life as well and ask him to bless me always. And then I lay down on my bed and think about the good things which I want to do in my life so that I can have good dreams about that . While thinking I fall asleep . So this is my daily bed time routine " which I asked myself to do always"BUT I unfortunately I never followed this😑.
What I do is go to bed with my cellphone and scroll down all the social media and just fall asleep like this .
I know ,I know this is not the right routine . But still I don't change it . This is what I myself don't know ...why??????
