During the pandemic situation, it is hard to have an exercise at the gym, because of the covid-19 regulations make me trying another way to keep my body health. For instance, I start to eat healthy meals and avoid sweety foods. Sometimes, I create and manage the schedule of menu and it is a better way for me to consistant cooking a healthy food than buy it by online. In my free time, at the home, I mimic a zumba dance that I have watched on the youtube before. Because zumba is a fun sport and I don't need a specific equipment to do it.
