Since the cornavirus outbreak, our company recommend the employees work from home. The first con that comes to my mind is we can stay safe especially in this pandamic situation. Besides, we wasted quite some time on the way to the company, but now we can save our time and energy to commute. On the other hand, I think it's not as effective its counterpart. We usually comes to the conclusion more easily and quickly while talking in person.

Hi Jaime. Quite well done. When you are talking about a time period (since), we need to use the perfect tense, has + past participle. Pro - a point in favour. We don't need to say "my" - just comes to mind. Commuting - we understand that it is travelling to work. "a" conclusion - not a specific one. Keep practicing. Simon.
