There are multiple things which i do to reduce my stress.Generally, I go for a long walk at a peaceful place or go at that place where no one knows me.I like to spend time with myself in my stress time because i think nature heals you and guide you.you are the best friend of yourself.if for some reasons i do not do such activity,i prefer to read a nice book which turn my worst mood into happiness.

If I cannot do such things because of some reasons, I would like to to read a nice book which can change my mood. Some books can really make me happier.
