Being a husband for 12 years myself, I think, that the only way to be a good spouse, is to feel truly love. One can ask - what is love, then? I personally beleive, that love is, when you love somebody just because he or she exists. When you consider your wife as a gift, given to you by the heavens.

Being a husband for 12 years, myself, I think that the only way to be a good spouse, is to show absolute love. One can ask - what is love, then? Personally, I believe that love is when you can't imagine happiness without that person in your life: When one considers one's partner a blessing, given by the heavens.

It's pretty impressive. I just swapped the direction of travel of the love. Maybe that's a tad personal, to me. I added a colon before the last sentence which wasn't delineated correctly. I also removed the gift/possession tags and made it more about being lucky - as in the UK that would culturally controversial, as it was. Does it ruin or change it too much?
