There are some actions that we can do to improve sleep quality.
One of them can be to turn off all the electronic devices in order not to be exposed to their brightness and colours before going to bed.
Another thing we can do is to eat no less than two hours before going to bed, so you're not going (to sleep?) with your stomach full.
Also, you can avoid doing very demanding physical exercises before going to sleep, because your body needs some time to slow down and be ready to rest.
