Kate
Today my English teacher said a phrase: “To be under the weather”, which means someone feels ill. At that moment I imagined a sad human under thunderclouds😄 Probably everybody was feeling bad about foul weather once. But I wouldn’t want you to depend on the weather. I think any weather is good. For example, I like to spend time with my loved ones at some cosy place when it’s raining outside. It’s sort of magical💫 I wish you good weather and take care🌤 #day3

Your imagination is more correct than the explanations you have been given. It does not mean that you are ill, though you may be, but that you look worried, anxious, harassed, exhausted, unwell, or not your usual self.
