I do a lot of things to reduce stress. I try to have a healthy daily routine such as waking up early, stretching my body, writing a diary about my feelings... I always spend one day without responsibilities, just going out for a walk or eating out with friends. The reason why I do this, it is because we need at least one day to be calm and not being productive. Other way to reduce stress is having a wide diet, we must eat healthy food but we also should allow ourself to eat fast or sweet food. If we are always thinking about what we ate, we will start to have stress about food. Even if you do things to reduce stress but you still have it, you should stop and go for a walk. Sometimes we have a narrow view, and we do not realize the problem until it is so big. So it is better to lose 5 or 10 minutes per day walking or playing videos games or listening to music rather than having mental health problems.
