Obviously, it’s a pandemic, which impacts all countries around the world, but I’m going to focus on Spain, and how it affects to my lifestyle, or my daily routine. These days, we have several restrictions here. For instance, depending on your city, you can leave your city or not, or even if the leisure and the commerce can be close if an indicator, (Infected per 100.000 inhabitants), exceeds a specific quantity. Obviously this condition impacts in our freedoms and definitely in our lives. Nevertheless, I’ve really the preoccupation for the economic situation, and how it can change this year for several families, even if mine. There are an important number of companies affected for coronavirus, which maybe doesn’t open again, that can translate like people without jobs. I hope this year can change this situation, and perhaps at the end of the year we can move around our country, with that I’d feel really happy, and our economy would certainly appreciate it.

Well written. Even as a native speaker I usually try to avoid "a significant / an important number of" as whether this should the be followed by "is" or "are" is a moot point among grammar enthusiasts. The way you said it is probably the most common though and sounds fine.
