It was hard to dining out during the first 3 days of Chinese New Year in HK. Fortunately, cooking at home is being a habit during the restriction of dining out there, there are abundant sources on social media teaching everybody how to cook. Each video duration is around 4 minutes and taught step-by-step that is not be a burden to learn cooking. One of my favorite dishes is Taiwanese egg roll, it can be done within 15minutes that you can add some juicy ingredients into it, like cheese, pork floss and ham. The most important thing is the family members appraised this as their favorite too.
