As for this topic,I think I need a bedtime plan to push me have a healthy lifestyle.In my holiday,I always stay up late watching horror films on my smartphone, like The birds. Last night,After the film,I tried to go to sleep but I failed. Well,you know, horror movies always make people excited and afraid. I felt the movie screen played in my mind so I cannot fall asleep until 2am. However, I think it’s not good for my health and I cannot get up early for study.
