I am an Italian social worker who lives in England. I have been living in this country for 2 years now, I can certainly say that our cultures values are very different. In Italy we love eat healthy, we have a slightly different friendship concept that depends on the way we approach to the other person. Italians are less polite and less respectful than English, and also a lot of us love complain all the time about anything, while British people generally complain about the weather. We are generally louder than English people and more direct. Our music, dancing and other arts are more developed and important for the community in which we live in. Overall I can't live in italy because of the people way of thinking, sometimes corrupted and dodgy. However I might spend my retirement back home. Who knows...
