1 year ago I was eating a lot of food which was harming my condition, After appearance of a variety of diseases symptoms on my body, I realised that I should change my lifestyle, I decided to exercise regularly in order to lose weight. Day 1 was the hardest day, After 3 months of walking 5 kilometres everyday and eating healthy food I finally achieved my goal which was to lose weight and recover from those scary symptoms. I’ve learned one thing which is determination. If anyone learned determination he will achieve everything he need even if he though that it is impossible.
