Today I want to write about food. My boyfriend has given me food from different deliveries three times this week. And this is just kind of my personal guilty pleasure. Do you remember to think positively? Good. So, I want to say that you also need to think positively about food. Especially if you are going to eat pizza, burgers, 3 types of cake and a bucket of ice cream. Don't call it junkfood or shitfood, whatever. Because the mind will get it negatively and reflect it on your body. "Shitty food? Ok. Then you'll have indigestion, constipation, diarrhea and rashes today." Do you need it?
